Tonight my boyfriend and I went to dine at the Tuscan Grill for our first time. I had previously been told had good it was - the food anyways,but I still don't know. As for the staff: It took 5 minutes for us to be seated - not because the establishment was busy, but because the hostess was not present.Fifteen minutes later we were brought water, which we didn't order, and was told our waitress would be right with us. Ten minutes passes while the table right next to us got waited on several times, and then our waitress comes over to tell us she didn't wait on us because the hostess must have gotten the tables mixed up.. She proceeds to take our food and drink order. After coming back to verify the drink order (two beers), she says they will be right out. We wait, while watching the bar to see our drinks made , and see the bartender talking to the only customer at the bar.We decided to leave after spending 45 minutes and and still no drinks, no food, no waitress.
