DO NOT LIVE HERE! RUN THE OPPOSITE WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! AS MUCH AS RENT IS THE APARTMENTS' LOOK LIKE SH*T ON THE INSIDE. ALL THE MANAGER AND PROPERTY OWNER IS WORRIED ABOUT IS THE OUTSIDE. THEY WILL SHOW PEOPLE A "SHOW" APARTMENT BUT TRUTH IS NO APARTMENT LOOKS LIKE IT. NOTHING GETS FIXED CORRECTLY ONLY HALF A$$. AND COPS ALWAYS PATROLING AND FIGHTS AND CERTAIN APTS ARGUING. CAT CRAP ALL OVER THE PLACE B/C CATS THE CATS HAVE TAKEN OVER. MANAGER HAS HER FAMILY IN SEVERAL UNITS AND PLAYS FAVORTISM.

Don't even know were to start. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Over priced and very under maintained. Can not get any thing fixed but rent goes up every year due to "maintance" cost. Over ran by cats and cat crap watch were you walk. Nothing for kids to do. Favoritism is also a big issue with an on site manager and her family in many units. Owner might not even exist since you can never get aholde of him and he will not return calls. If you can find anything else I would highly recommend you not live here!!!!
