We had a terrible experience at this dentist. We arrived for our early morning appointment on time, but had to sit in our vehicle for 25 minutes before someone even arrived and opened the doors. We spent 55 minutes in the waiting area and when they finally did call our child back, refused to allow either my husband or myself to accompany him though he was visibly frightened. The hygenist spent maybe three minutes with him and brought him back out, crying. She would not allow either of us to sit with him during the check up and we, therefore, had to leave. She was quite rude to us as was the receptionist. We will not be returning for another visit here - can't help but be suspicious of a group that will not allow a four year old to have a parent in the room with them!!

The building is new and beautiful but the level of care my son received was ridiculous! They hurt my child (and many others I have now found out) and did not even tell me he was complaining and crying but said he felt sick. I now found out that the work Dr. Rolon did will have to be redone within the year.BE VERY CAUTIOUS! You would think that being a pediatric dentist, they would know how to work without hurting children!When contacted they didn't make an effort to rectify the situation and even sent a bill, I refused to pay and was told that the dentist herself said that billing was a different matter and not related to the service!!!!
