Plumb Crazy has on at least two occasions done work in my condominium community and never clearly communicated with the management company that they were going to shut off water for the entire building. That communication would have allowed the management company to give other owners in the building proper notification that the water would be shut off. Additionally, the plumber on site made several off handed comments when I asked him about what he was doing and how long the water would be turned off. At that time he claimed the work would be completed in 1 hour, however it was over 5 hours later that the water was turned back on. When I called Plumb Crazy’s office the owner refused to address my concerns.
Based on my experience I would not recommend using Plumb Crazy.
I highly recommend PlumbCrazy. They are very reliable, do great work and are very reasonably priced.
I can't even get a phone call from a secretary to set up an estimate and I have used Plumbcrazy/Bogans several times in the past. I don't know what the problem is.
I have used Bogan's three times over the years. Each time, they were at my house when they said they would be and were very professional & courteous. I definitely recommend this company.
