If your looking for a new game store to hang around at in the Bel Air area Critical hit games is an excellent choice (if not the only). Being the only store of its kind (not counting Hobby Works near the Mall since it more sells supplies and standard models and not so much games to my knowledge.) in the general area of Bel Air it offers an impressive variety of board games and card games, as well as Warhammer 40k, DnD, and a host of the other nerd classics. The store owner and manager Whitman Bottiger is quite helpful when it comes to offering honest advice on the products he sells and has even given free painting lessons to a few people just starting out. The store has many events during the week varying from a massive amount of Magic the Gathering, DnD every Wednesday, and Pathfinder every Tuesday. My only problem is a number of the people who can be found at the store regularly can seem hostile deterring me and maybe others as well from sticking around at times. But do stop in!

I really enjoy this business, they buy/trade at fair prices and for $20 you can enter a draft and get a soda and 2 slices of pizza. The owner is really cool and it's just a really laid back place to play Magic: the Gathering.
