Mixed bag. We love the new heating and air conditioner, and they were a fair price. The problem is that the owner came for the estimate, but was not present during install or final prep. The electrical worker started to wire the a/c backwards, but was caught in time. (had to point out wiring to Tytan owner when he stopped by) Then the drains were not blown out properly in our a/c and two months after install the a/c flooded and ruined our laundry room ceiling. Tytan took care of this damage without quibbling, but it shouldn't have happened. More attention to detail and more training for employees needed. If you hire this business, stay on top of employee installing and insist owner check all work.
