Do not use this company. They will ensure they get paid. However, they will not contact you or give you an update on your ticket status. I have been waiting on documents for 2 months in the mail. I have called every week since March asking for a status. They are very incompetent of handling anyone for law purposes.

I had the worst experience with them and especially a lady her name is Debbie. I hired them to represent me in a traffic ticket. At first they made sure they received the money soon after, I call 20 times to get hold of somebody. I send emails they never write me back....

I had to call the DMV myself to make sure my license is not suspended

After about a month they sent me a bunch of legal documents to sign. I called for explanation they call me only to confuse me more she(Debbie) told me to wait until they get something from the court. After more than a month she called to tell me I don't have any option but paying the fine or the court will issue an arrest warrant for me.

I will never recommend them to anybody
