In March 2018 we went to our vacation home in Aberdeen, WA after not being there since the previous October. We discovered that there had been a roof leak into the spare bedroom. At the recommendation of our insurance agent we called Serv Pro of Aberdeen. They quickly responded began drying out the affected area. All of the Serv Pro employees that came to our home were very professional and helpful. The team lead for Serv Pro, Kevin, is extremely professional and the best person we have worked with in the service industry. He and his crew dried out the area and removed the damaged ceiling. He daily checked the progress of the dry out procedure and remained in contact with us while we had a roof company replace the roof. Everyone that has worked with Dean and Brad should be typing in a rating here! These people are on it! My parents home was severely damaged by a bad renter and her friends. An angel from across the street gave us their number for help. They came over immediately and started testing and treating the home in high priority, with no time wasted. These people are ethical, polite, compassionate, excellent workers. They are professional competent people and behave as role models, the way we should all be treating one another. They immediately cleaned the basement of anything toxic after testing the walls of the various rooms. Fortunately there was no toxic mold in the home and what mold there was existed mainly in the garage of the home. They fogged asap. Next they brought in a great man from another great company to put in new front and back doors and secure the home with the correct dead bolts and steel quality doors. This man also has top contracting and construction skills. A+
