Called this Sears Appliance Repair telephone number. Expected to talk to a local repair person instead an overseas operator from India ? maybe. She took my information and said the soonest someone from Sears Repair Service could come out was almost 2 months away!! Then hung up on me! That is not the service I expect from Sears. I need my appliance fixed now. Sears you just lost a loyal customer!!

The tech was on time and very professional and friendly. He told us all the issues that may come about in the future and what to do with the gaskets and controls. He cleaned all around the unit and was very friendly. Great simple check up of the unit.

The service technician was polite and informative. Your service requires me to wait at home for 4 consecutive hours, which is quite inconvenient. Please consider a 1-hour time block instead of a 4-hour time block for your warranty service.

The Sears Service Technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I value the Sears Extended Warranty and recent bought a Whole Home Warranty for my home and appliances at a great price!

The serviceman called to say he was running late as he was overbooked but when he got here he was fast, efficient and very nice. He replaced the parts with upgraded ones which work better than the original. We will be keeping the extended service contracts on all our appliances.
