My computer was infected by multiple virus and worms and the techs were able to not only take them out but did so without taking all the money from my pocket. The up fron quote for best and worst case senarios was dead on. I went to pick up my computer expecting the worst case and was very pleased to get the best case. Will definately recommend to anyone needing service letting them know that they will do the work and not rip you off.
