if you have high quality wheels/ any parts high quality ; I highly suggest not taking them to this careless shop! L&M Tire and Wheel, Inc. damaged my $3000+ wheels on Tuesday, March 18th 2014 by not putting a center cap in right (hitting the center cap with a rubber hammer & chipping paint on the wheels face) They said that it was not their fault because they put the cap in right because he said "the caps do not hand press in" when after this all happened i returned home & proceeded to put the caps in myself & had NO ISSUES HAND PRESSING THEM IN. But they claimed the damage would be taken care of. I return the next day after going to a local paint shop which said "they will not touch the wheel because the finish on them is not able to replicate" While at L&M they told me to email estimates. I was even nice & sent him a discounted estimate from a shop i have hook ups with. They call me back, not liking the estimate & say "most i can do is a $300 check & drop the mount/balance charge". ( which isnt even enough to cover half of the wheel) So, i returned march 20th & argued with him to get more money out of him & got a check for $340 + dropped charge . I STILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THIS BUSINESS MESS UP ! They DO NOT value their customers. I contacted many other local shops & all of them agree that L&M TIRE AND WHEEL should be paying for a new wheel but they refuse. Its not fair in any shape or form. He even shook my fathers hand & said he would take care of the situation at hand which was a lie. Now i am out hundreds of dollars over a business who does not own up to damaging my personal property. Nothing good can come from this business. I will never be back to this silly excuse of a shop nor will i ever recommend this place to a single person. This place doesn't even deserve a rating of 1 star.

Terrible customer service , careless techs , tons of non returning customers, they have a terrible rep!

This is not much of a business at all

the service was excellent and the people were knowledgeable and friendly. troy who was our salesman was very helpful to us in finding the tires we needed.
