Took two hours to get an oil change for a pickup and a Volvo car. The purpose of this review is to reveal the owner's RUDE behavior. During the course of the oil change on the car there was confusion over the oil filter and the office manager explained the situation incorrectly and stated that the original filter was not the right one and was installed improperly and that now the mechanic couldn't install the replacement properly. This was INCORRECT information but caused me worry. When I spoke to the woman about it she appologized and said she would do something to "make it right." On completion of the work, I found out there wasn't a problem with the filter, the mechanic misread the book and didn't have it in stock, once it was delivered he installed it. In an effort to "make it right" the office manager called the owner. He looked at my partner and said "Just pay 12 bucks for the filter and never come back." We were not angling for a discount at all. Unacceptable! VERY RUDE!
