I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received when my order arrived unlike ordered. I paid extra for gift wrapping and a gift message, but alas when it arrived and I opened it, it was just in the box. Thank goodness I opened it before my daughter (the recipient) or the surprise would've been ruined. That was 2 weeks ago and still they have not credited my account for their mistake or the refund of the monies paid for services not rendered!
