I've had a couple of decent cuts, but the last one was just awful. I walked out with bangs like you would see on a 3 year-old. I asked for the top to be layered, but she cut straight across. I have fine hair and need a true precision cut. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she didn't want to bother. But this had to rank as one of the worst cuts ever. Nor can she style. I was embarrassed as I was paying, catching a glimpse of how awful my hair looked in the mirror. After two weeks of being absolutely unable to do anything with my hair, I ended up going to another salon where they cleaned up the mess. Still waiting for my 3 year-old style bangs to grow out, but at least they were softened and improved.

No, I wouldn't go back to Arthur & Co. again.

I found this place online when I was looking for a salon who could do my hair for my wedding and they seemed "very professional". I decided to go for a trial run just to make sure I was going to like it. I was told on the phone that for hair and make-up was going to be $125. When I got there I was surprised that they work on a dirty hair, they don't straighten the hair before working on it. So, when my hair do was just done it looked good, she curled my already gel-curled hair and put bobby pins all around. After I left the salon the curls where gone in less than 1 hour!!! My hair looked like it had been chewed by a cow and the bobby pins where showing all around the top of my head. I was gonna do some shopping after getting the trial run, but I was ashamed of being seen like that. And I was charged $150 instead because I had too much hair!!! The trial run was made on a decent warm and dry day.... and my wedding will be in the middle of the summer! I can't even imagine what it would have looked like by then! What a waste of money and time. I think my 4-year old daughter would have done better. Make up was great thou. Yes, I cancelled the appointment for my wedding day... I rather just wash and go than pay $175 for that horrible job. People there is really nice thou...

The Arthur Co is a great place to enjoy and receive any service. The staff is warm, upbeat and very friendly. You feel at home there. excellent massage!! Very professional and relaxing at a great price. Massage Therapist asked me a lot of questions before the massage to make sure it was an outstanding experience. Oils smelt great too!!!
