I'm not easy to wait on...I want to pay for my item and go. Heather at the Estee Lauder helped me. She "up sold" me, offered me every credit, gift and discount without pressure.Kudos to Heather....great customer service!!

Macy's is very discriminatory when it comes to it's employees!! I was a victim of it!!!

Macy's stores as such is a new store in this area. Having been a long time customer of Meier and Frank Co. I guess I still am having a little trouble adjusting.######The main thing of course is the prices. They immediately went up a little which was to be expected. However the main disappointment I had was that a line of clothing that I particularly liked and could depend on has been reduced quite a bit. This had made me to look for a another alternative for shopping for clothing.######The remodled store is very nice and is a good environment .

Great experience in their furniture department at Clackamas Town Center. They gave me the wrong dining room set but completely took care of it. Gave me an additional discount, sent a truck to pick up the wrong set even though I hadn't paid the delivery charge and had picked it up myself, delivered the correct set and set it up for me. The sales lady was very nice, apologetic and took care of everything for me while letting me know what was going on.
