Place is a disgrace they ruined our leather on our car and when I called to inquire about how to get it off the owner Dave had the nerve to use his gangster trailer park methodologies to belittle and demean me and my wife!!! He is a true example of a scam business man. Beware of this group
I spoke with Dave Laurence the Owner today,and was hung up on.My S UV's blue tooth was dislodged. I was trying to explain to him what occurred. Apparently this was something he couldn't understand or was unwilling to care about,after all this wasn't his vehicle. I was told to come in on Monday,so he himself could look at it..After listening to the Condescending and ARROGANT disposition, i will try and fix it myself. That last thing i want is to start my day talking to a rude and sarcastic person who has poor communication skills..I now see that customer service isn't something they value, I will Never bring any of my cars here again,unless i want to leave with it damaged!!!I've been taking all my vehicles here since 1991 and they could care Less!!
