I was displeased that the stylist took a phone call while I was getting my haircut. Instead of terminating the call within a few seconds, the conversation kept active while the back of my hair was being cut. You may be a great stylist but how can you give an accurate cut with you head turned at an angle chatting about someone else's hair? Please give your customers the full attention that they are paying for.
