We sold a truck and needed a SMOG ASAP. I stopped in to see if they had available time and was told yes, after 2 pm. I told my daughter who called to confirm and was told to bring the truck in at 2:30 pm. My son-in-law took the truck down and was told there was no tech to perform the smog test. I called to indicate this put us in a real spot and the person said thats the way it is. I tried to explain and was told "I don't care" and was hung up on. We have numerous vehicles and try to use small local business's. With not even an apology, I am placing a complaint and will never give them an opportunity again. I suggest---do not use this business!
