Brooke Roesser called me "wackado" when I asked her to take 10 in to show me how to style my hair. If she hadn't been on the phone she wouldn't have run out of time. The shop is has a Bad Vibe.

Hillary is a doll. She is very knowledgeable & always on time. Vibes is close & convenient. Reasonably priced, professional atmosphere.

I have been seeing ROBIN for about 15 years, she really understands hair. I like the fact that I bring up an idea and she always works with it and even expands with more ideas. I think my hair is a little more tricky since I have naturally curly hair, but every time I go in to see her I love the color & cut.

I've been getting my hair done here for years. Robin is always willing to work with my schedule. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly.

It cost nearly 400 dollars to fix my color after self proclaimed Jamie "the color specialist" got done with my long healthy hair. Before I realized how bad it was, she cut my friends long naturally spiral curly hair off above her shoulders,. then talked her into extensions because she was so upset. The extensions were the worst quality, and most damaging of any I'd ever seen in my life. She made a ton of money and ruined our hair like she was jealous that ours was naturally long and pretty. If she is so good then why does she wear extensions? And her boyfriend is ridiculous calling and showing up harassing everyone. Sure hope she doesn't have male client because I'd be worried about getting ran over in the parking lot by that maniac! ! NEVER AGAIN.
