I have been blessed to have these special doctors in our lives for 8 1/2 years for our two kids. We have been impressed from the first meeting. You can count on personal service, professional wisdom that is accurate and thorough, and a caring staff who treats your family as their own. I have been constantly impressed with the amount of time each doctor takes with me even though "I've been around a while" now. We have had to call them on various vacations and they always provided comfort as well as help with the pharmacies and hospitals where we were located. I have used their after hours paging service many times and each time have been met with a patient doctor who calmed my nerves even though it no doubt interrupted their family time. The doctors, nurses, and staff all genuinely care about my kids and they definitely deserve an A+ for compassion and knowledge. We have watched this practice grow from two to three pediatricians as well as witnessed their.move to a bigger office. I have no doubt in my mind that if they expand and expand again my family will always feel that "at home" small practice feel. I have sensed it since the first day we met Dr Pappalardo and he said "It would be a privilege to serve your son." ( in the womb at the time!). You should definitely consider Pappalardo, Knights, and Wallace to join you on your journey of parenting healthy and happy kids!!

This is the most caring group of Pediatricians I've had for my 3 children, and we move a lot so there have been many. Don't be fooled by the small office, they deliver big results. These doctors know their stuff. I've been frustrated in the past by doctors who can't cure my children, but this group has been right on every time. Furthermore, I've had to use their on-call service several times and each time the physician on call has called me back promptly. This is important to a frantic mom! I can't say enough about this practice.
