very unprofessional. spoke to gentleman about reapirs to a gun i own. he told me he had ordered part. waited one full week called back to see if part had come , he stated not yet. asked him to call me when it does. second week passed still no call so i call again ,the part supposedly still hasn't come in. third week send a email to ask him if he still wants my business. guess what ? no response. not a way to handle a business. very unprofessional. i was going to offer the small business owner a chance but i will have to go to a reputable larger company.
