Nice staff and good service. Wait time was longer than expected since I had an appointment, but they did good work.

The service was fast, easy, and reasonably priced. They found that both of the air filters were very clogged up. I had them replace both and it runs better than it has for a long time.

My car had two flat tires this morning, and since they were corroded on, I came to Graham to ask them to take a look at them. They drove me back out to my car, removed the tire, and helped put the spare on. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, even lending me their personal iPhone charger since mine was at home. I highly recommend this company, if only for the wonderful staff who took care of me today.

I decided to give Graham Tire a call and see what they could do. I was in panic mode. This is how you do customer service. Other establishments, take note. I called and scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed on 4-3-15. I had a coupon I had gotten out of the Sunday paper. Well because my car is not very orderly I missed placed it. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to honor it even though I didn't have the coupon present! I didn't wait long either. I would say that in some cases I have waited longer at some jiffy lubes! I will go back here again! Thanks bunches!!
