I wasn't happy with my cut or color (or the 2 following attempts to get a color remotely close to what I requested, something done easily by my old hairdressers from lindsey. The color and placement were very different from what we discussed several times. Disappointed...

Don't expect anyone to answer the phone! I called numerous times and got nothing but a recording - asking me to leave a message. Which I did and I never got a call back! How inconvenient! How are you supposed to get a hair appointment if you can NEVER talk to anyone???
