      DISAPOINTING

      We bought a kite that was too complicated for my kids to use. We tried to exchange it 15 minutes later with no luck.

      The owner said "because we unwound the kites string that it is now used." Really, what does he think it is, a part for the Space Shuttle?

      Shame on him, he lost my business and anyone who reads this note.
