I have been here twice in three days and so impressed with the phenomenal service! Seriously these guys are amazing (particularly Gene), but all the guys I came into contact with were seriously so great. I've never had more than a mediocre experience getting my oil changed anywhere but the employees at this location went above and beyond to get my car fixed up for me! My oil filter was corroded and hadn't been changed in so long a piece of the shaft had literally broken off. Gene walked me through exactly what was wrong and even went so far as to look up exactly which part I needed. I came back two days later with the part and these guys put it in for, lets say, a price that couldn't be beat! Like honestly I was so beyond impressed with the customer service at this location. They also gave me a better price on getting my oil changed than any other place I called in the Royal Oak/Ferndale/Clawson area. I LOVE that this place is drive through so I didn't have to drag my kids in and out of the car. Seriously the prices are great, they do not try to up-sell you AT ALL, there was hardly any wait, and the employees are THE BEST! They went above and beyond to help me out and I am truly grateful. This is the ONLY place I will ever go to and will recommend it to everyone I know!

I came here to receive an oil change do $29.99 and to replace a light bulb. I left with a broken dipstick that they said they could not fix because they aren't certified mechanics, and they charged me $75.00 for a service I did not request. Do not go to Pennzoil! They lied to me, took advantage of my lack of automobile knowledge and broke something on my vehicle! Avoid this experience by not going here!!
