I had stopped going here for awhile and when I went in last week I was completely reminded as to why I don't come here that often. Toya is rude and she talked to me like I was her child or something. She really has terrible customer service skills. She just had to be the stereotypical ghetto loud black woman. It's a darn shame too b/c she did a decent job. If I do go back it will be b/c I have no other choice. How rude are you to tell a paying customer you would kick them out the chair just because the person wants to look at their hair and see how much it has grown? She is also very aggressive when it comes to combing and blow drying hair. If you are sensitive about how your natural hair is detangled then you are gonna have an issue with her. It felt like she was ripping my hair out of its roots and that my dear is not okay.

I don't even know where to start. This experience was bad all the way around. I went in needing to get my hair done for prom. I wanted a basic silk wrap. The stylist told me that it would be 75$. So she does my hair but she didn't even do what I originally asked for. She washed then flat ironed and curled my hair at the ends. She also trimmed my ends. After the service she charged me 110$! My mom called them and expressed how she felt over charged and the owner started getting loud and ghetto, saying my mom is a broke b**** and couldn't afford the service. I DEFINITELY won't be going back!! Customer service was horrible.
