Everyone at this salon has become part of my extended family. They maintain a professional but fun adult environment, and every single person there goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable, relaxed and pleased with your service (which I always am). Crystal at the front desk is a doll and I have been extremely pleased with Amy, Angie and Marti (though you really can't go wrong with anyone there). I look forward to my weekly visits. Try it out - you'll see why most of the clientele are regulars and have been for years.

I love this place so much! The shop is located right in the heart of the village, is owned by family members (not a franchise salon) who care about your salon experience. They want you to have the best cut and color. They want you to relax and enjoy an hour or two while they take care of you (they also serve wine in the evening!) I recommend Entourage to all of you who are sick of going to the latest and greatest salon only to be disappointed with a huge debit on your credit card.

I have been a patron of Entourage Salon since 2004. I stumbled upon them while down in the Carlsbad area on business. Since then, I've relocated to San Diego county, and won't even entertain the idea of going elsewhere. I get the BEST manicures, the BEST pedicures, I've had the BEST facials and the BEST massages one could ask for. With attention to detail, Amy and her team possess the BEST attitudes, smiles, customer service, and genuine care for their clientele, from Krystal at the front desk, to the Hair Stylists. We have been long time customers of Entourage and recommend them to everyone. All the hair stylists are so fun to watch and we especially love our hair stylist Angie. She provides new and refreshing colors and styles for me when I don’t have any ideas but know I want something new. Chrystel is so sweet and provides the friendly reminder for our appointments. All the hair stylists are so professional and get along so well that it feels like one big happy family and provides us with the most relaxing and comfortable experience every time we go to the salon. The place is clean and comfortable and if you are looking for amazing hair stylists that are dependable and fun, then I would recommend the family at Entourage.

The receptionist Crystral greets everyone warmly and offers a drink while waiting for the stylist, however I've never had to wait more than three or four minutes. Angie cuts and does great-looking weaves on my partially gray hair while engaging in fun conversation, She and her sister Amy own the shop and they have created a simple inviting interior with lots of windows so one can watch the interesting pedestrians walking by. The prices are very reasonable and one could pay a lot more for the quality elsewhere. I would recommend scheduling appointments far in advance, it's not always easy to get them last minute. I will remain a dedicated client for as long as Entourage is in business.

I was lucky enough to find them whan I first moved to San Diego almost 4 years ago and I've been a loyal and happy client ever since! Horrible Salon!!!! The owner Amy is rude!!!! I went in there with my baby and I was not told they don't want children in there. The baby was playing and making noises. Amy told my stylist to finish my cut and skip the blow dry. She was rude, rude, rude!!!! She told me that I wasn't spending enough money in there to be of value and she kicked me out. If I had been told upfront that they prefer no children there would be no issue. Instead they sat me down treated me like crap and took my money!!! My hair looks horrible! DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT WALKS ALL OVER THEIR CLIENTS!!!!
